The breakfast options were diverse and tasty.

The air conditioning in my room was not functioning properly.

During my recent stay at The Swan, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dining experience. I found a starter and main course for just £19, which was exceptional considering the taste and presentation. the staff were consistently welcoming and attentive, making the atmosphere enjoyable and conducive for my business needs.

Just an appropriate option for a concise stay in Scotter with excellent value for money. The staff were very accommodating, especially when they cleared a buffet breakfast for us when we arrived late. Arrive early to avoid missing breakfast times.

loved my stay at the white swan! the staff were super friendly and helpful, really made us feel welcome. the room was modern and clean with a comfy bed. dinner and breakfast were way better than expected, really nice food! the location by the river was beautiful, perfect for a chill evening.

only issue was it got a bit warm in the room and there was some noise from outside on the first night. could use better soundproofing.

I was absolutely charmed by the warm atmosphere of the historic pub combined with modern amenities. The food was not just good. it was a delightful culinary experience with thoughtful presentation. My spacious Executive King Room with a lavish bath provided the perfect relaxation after a day of exploring!

Had a lovely stay! Room was compact yet spotless, with comfy bed and thoughtful touches like tea and biscuits. Enjoyed tasty meals, and the staff were genuinely lovely.

I had a bit of a kerfuffle with plug sockets and wall art that seemed to be auditioning for a horror film. Quite the mood killer, really!

The location provides a nice retreat from city life while still being accessible to nearby attractions. it would be great if they could improve soundproofing in the rooms as I noticed some noise from outside on my first night.

Need better accessibility features for seniors.

Had a great time with friends! We stayed for 2 nights and visited the beautiful Brigg and enjoyed a fun day at the zoo nearby. The staff was friendly and our room was comfortable with nice facilities. Just a heads up, the bathroom sink needed a little fixing.

We encountered some cleanliness issues during our visit. The dining area floor was a bit messy with food scraps left lingering while we ate. It was distracting and should have been cleaned up promptly to maintain better hygiene.

This place suits me perfectly. I love the free parking, bar lounge area, and restaurant. The staff helped me with a wake-up call on my first stay, which was memorable. Highly recommend for a pleasant stay.

the swan has a lovely location and is very modern and welcoming. the food was superb with a great choice on the menu. a big shoutout to the chef for the delicious meals! all staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
